      This show was developed to expose the most underrated leaders in business - staffing leaders.  None of us asked to be here.  It's true, no one sets out to be in staffing.  The grind, the disappointment, the lies (yes lies), the crazy requests - sometimes all within 1 workday, but for some reason, we love it.  

    We wanted to create a space

      This show was developed to expose the most underrated leaders in business - staffing leaders.  None of us asked to be here.  It's true, no one sets out to be in staffing.  The grind, the disappointment, the lies (yes lies), the crazy requests - sometimes all within 1 workday, but for some reason, we love it.  

    We wanted to create a space to entertain but give the great leaders a platform to share their humble stories. Not ego boosters. You'll only find Level 5 Leaders here.  We only allow those who work with their teams, not above them.

     Tiffany Scott has spent two decades in staffing, working her way from recruiter to COO to founder. She’s built teams, scaled business, and dealt firsthand with the politics, egos, toxic people and micromanagement that slow everything down and wear people out.

     Tiffany Scott has spent two decades in staffing, working her way from recruiter to COO to founder. She’s built teams, scaled business, and dealt firsthand with the politics, egos, toxic people and micromanagement that slow everything down and wear people out.

    She believes leadership should be earned, not enforced. That the best leaders don’t hide behind titles, control, or fear. And that pretending everything is fine helps no one. This podcast reflects how she actually leads and who she respects enough to give the mic to.
