The grind, the disappointment, the lies (yes lies), the crazy requests - sometimes all within 1 workday, but for some reason, we love it.
We wanted to create a space

We wanted to create a space to entertain but give the great leaders a platform to share their humble stories. Not ego boosters. You'll only find Level 5 Leaders here. We only allow those who work with their teams, not above them.

She believes leadership should be earned, not enforced. That the best leaders don’t hide behind titles, control, or fear. And that pretending everything is fine helps no one. This podcast reflects how she actually leads and who she respects enough to give the mic to.
